C\u2019est une v\u00e9ritable plateforme de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et de collaboration. Elle fonctionne comme une structure d\u00e9bordante, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant constamment de nouveaux projets et opportunit\u00e9s au-del\u00e0 de sa Biennale phare.<\/p><p><br \/>Les fondateurs du collectif Picha, \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la Biennale de Lubumbashi, sont un groupe d\u2019artistes, de penseurs et de passionn\u00e9s de culture profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9s dans leur engagement pour l\u2019art contemporain et le d\u00e9veloppement culturel. Parmi eux, Jean Katambayi, artiste reconnu pour ses \u0153uvres m\u00ealant science, technologie et esth\u00e9tique, joue un r\u00f4le central dans la vision et la direction du collectif. Il est rejoint par des figures influentes de la sc\u00e8ne artistique congolaise comme Alexandre Mulongo Finkelstein, Sammy Baloji ou encore George Senga, tous anim\u00e9es par une volont\u00e9 commune : promouvoir l\u2019art comme un levier de r\u00e9flexion et de transformation
